Virtual Coaching Sessions

Free Virtual Coaching Sessions for Scrum Practitioners

Are you a Product Owner, Scrum Master, team member, or Enterprise leader looking for guidance during your adoption of Scrum and Scrum@Scale? Then our free, virtual coaching sessions are for you.

Every week, Certified Scrum@Scale Trainers offer FREE virtual coaching sessions to answer participant questions about Scrum, scaling Scrum, the Scrum@Scale framework, and much more. Scrum@Scale, LLC Certified Trainers are trained by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum and the creator of the Scrum@Scale framework, and are approved to train Scrum@Scale Practitioner Courses. Our international community of trainers represents expertise as experienced Enterprise Agile Coaches, Agile Consultants, Scrum Practitioners, and much more.

These free Scrum coaching sessions are an opportunity for members of the Agile community to ask experienced Agile coaches one-on-one questions and learn from their years of experience coaching organizations and training Scrum practitioners. Past participants have gained insight and real-world implementation advice and many have moved on to participate in Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner courses. Topics and questions range from scaled Scrum events, organization backlog maintenance, product ownership at scale, and much more.
